	Held virtual and in-person meetings in 2022 with representatives of members and manufacturers, sometimes organized by a consultant retained as a facilitator, to discuss products distributed by the members and programs for the commercial benefit of both distributor members and the equipment manufacturers/suppliers. Discussions at meetings included the supply chain and delivery issues, EDI and E-Commerce developments, performance metrics reporting, and standard terms and conditions of agreement between the manufacturers and the members. The organization also retained legal counsel for advice on compliance with laws, including antitrust and trade regulations, contract law, common regulations applicable to distributors and corporate governance and company administration. Accomplishments included the renewal of certain distributor agreements and the improvement of commercial processes and interactions between the distributors and the manufacturers.
