The services rendered were provided on a sliding scale and discounted rate to individuals without insurance according to annual income as it relates to the federal poverty level. Any income gained was used to maintain operation for this activity including electronic health records obtaining health records from other healthcare facilities and providing laboratory services at an affordable rate to patients.
