Part X, Line 2:	The Club is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, but is subject to tax on unrelated business income as defined by the Code. After allocation of related expenses, unrelated business losses of $392,185 in 2019 and $176,333 in 2018 resulted in no income tax due. The Club is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state, or local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years prior to 2016.
