Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone. 15 Communities joined together for Connection, Collaboration and Action, speaking with one voice.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	Changes represented in the Fifth Amended and Restated Bylaws of the organization included clarifying Board terms to be one year renewable terms. Death of a board member was added as a reason for termination prior to the end of a term. The requirement for a Board member representing Maricopa County government was removed. The guidelines for composition of the Executive Committee were amended to include reasonable balance of the municipality's population, geography, and engagement with WESTMARC and which now may include past Chairman (s) of the Board who are not placed on the Executive Advisory Committee. And all checks in excess of ten thousand dollars for non budgeted expenditures must have a signature from a Board Officer. This represents an increase over the former six thousand threshold.
