What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Wardroom Club membership are retired military officers who will meet for diner and speaker presentations on a monthly basis. Annual dues are collected to offset fixed operating expenses. Members payments for meals saved at monthly meetings cover room rental caterer charges speaker fees and speaker travel reimbursement.
