Pt VI, Line 6	The Association currently consists of approximately 9,625 membership units, consisting of approximately 6,625 residential lots, some of which are developed and approximately 3,000 timeshare weeks.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Each timeshare owner participates in an annual election for their subdivision or Association representive to the Board of Directors.
Pt VI, Line 7b	The Board decisions that require members to approve are any that involve chnages to the Covenants of Bylaws.
