What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Texins Dive Club, founded in 1958, has a long history of providing social, educational, and training opportunities to its members. Originally sponsored by Texas Instruments Incorporated, the Texins Dive Club became an independent organization in 2020. Cash on-hand includes one-time monies from that spin-off.

When we had our initial (E-file) filing accepted on November 4 of 2021, we mistakenly thought that was for the year 2021. It was not until we began to prepare our 2022 filing that we discovered that our initial E-file was for the year 2020, not 2021. We have prepared this, our 2021 filing, to catch up, and we will file our 2022 Form 990 in the coming week.
