Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 DURING THE YEAR A SERIES OF NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS WERE HELD TO DISCUSS INCORPORATION, THE FUTURE OF VAIL AND LISTEN, AND OBTAIN COMMUNITY INPUT. A MARKETING FIRM WAS ENGAGED TO DEVELOP A QUESTIONNAIRE AND VOTER SURVEY WHICH WAS SENT TO ALL RESIDENCE RESIDING IN THE AREA OF INTEREST TO OBTAIN COMMUNITY INPUT AND INTEREST IN INCORPORATION.A FINANCIAL FEASABILITY STUDY WAS COMPLETED AND A PRO-FORMA FINANCIAL STATEMENT WAS PROPOSED FOR THE TOWN OF VAIL, ARIZONA. THIS STUDY WAS PRESENTED AT A TOWN HALL ALONG WITH THE DECISION TO GO FORWARD WITH THE INCOPORATION PROCESS.A SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED TO PREPARE A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND EXHIBIT OF VAIL, ARIZONA.A WEBSITE WAS DEVELOPED TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY INFORMED AND UP TO DATE ON THE ON-GOING INCORPORATION PROCESS .
