Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors are elected annually by the membership of the credit union at our February Annual Meeting of the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	If for any reason outlined in the Bylaws of the credit union the governing body should declare a position open on the board or a committee vacant, it must be approved by a majority of the board. A special meeting must be called of the membership to approve the decision also. Bylaw changes must be approved by the Alabama Credit Union Administration.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at the board meeting prior to being submitted and filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All volunteers and employees fill out and sign annual conflict of interest disclosures. This is done annually and is reviewed by the Board of Directors. If there are any conflicts, they are addressed at this time.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Senior management employees are reviewed by the Board of Directors. Raises to senior management employees are voted on by the Board of Directors. Reviews for senior management are performed annually in a board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All documents are maintained at the credit union and are made available upon request.
