A confluence of events lead to us not filling our 2021 990-EZ last year. In fact we thought it had been filed and not until the last few days when we were looking for it did we become aware that it was in fact not yet filed. In April of last year our previous CFO filed a correction to our 2020 990-EZ. She planned on then doing the 2021 990-EZ but her father fell ill and passed from complications from COVID. She subsequently forgot to file for 2021. In order to prevent this from happening again we have setup a reminder system between the CEO CFO and bookkeeper. Please forgive us for this oversight. We will work to prevent it from happening in future. Thank you.
