Upon becoming aware of Form 990 filing requirements, the DNA made every effort to comply including engaging the advisory services of a CPA firm to assist in meeting these requirements. DNA will have policies in place to ensure compliance with Form 990 reporting requirements going forward and respectfully requests relief for the 2020 tax year as they incorporate and get up to speed.
