	Idaho Bankers Association is the trade association for Idaho's banking industry. Established in 1905, the IBA serves its members by enhancing their ability to be the preeminent provider of financial services. IBA's accomplishments include promoting a favorable image and understanding of the banking industry to the general public, protecting the industry against burdensome oversight, and providing assistance and resources to improve operational efficiencies.The IBA started the Emerging Leaders Program in Jan. 2022. The program meets quarterly and graduated 21 students in Dec. 2022.
