| Schedule O: | Part 1.16 Other expenses describe in Schedule O Other expenses are mainly comprised of travel and entertainment related expenses for $5,422 dollars, bank fees for 1,563 dollars, website costs for 1,363 dollars and 3,372 for various services (board insurance premium cost, etc.). Part 1.20. - After review of the books, it was noted the prior year (12/31/21) closing cash balance had been reported in accrual basis (instead of cash basis). It was noted that a check was cashed in January 2022 but issued in December 2021 (total check was $14,700 - $12,600 corresponds to 2021 and $2,100 to January 2022) and relates to the compensation of the executive director. Part of the check ($12,600) had been deducted from the closing cash balance as of 12.31.21 by error (accrual basis, not cash basis) since the check was not cash until January 3, 2022. The opening cash balance at 1/1/22 was effectively $25,044 ($12,444 plus $12,600) and the closing cash balance at 12/31/22 was $19,651. |
