	External Funding: HWMC's main program is to fund projects that benefit the community. Requests are evaluated for how they will fulfill this mission. There is no direct cost for this evaluation as all activities are performed by volunteer members but this is our primary objective during membership meetings and throughout various fundraising activities. Over the past fiscal year we approved 18 projects for a total of $116,740. We gave $65k for the installation of drainage and resurfacing of a city park, $15k for a community education scholarship endowment for local students, ~$10k for the local elementary school's student programs, ~$6k for school robotics club equip., ~$5k for youth furniture at rec. center, and ~$12k for annual city rec. activities

	Internal Membership Activities: This program represents membership dues and assessments related to membership activities. As of the end of the fiscal year we had 144 active volunteer members. On average our monthly meetings host 45 members in which we discuss HWMC business and evaluate and vote on funding requests.
