Part III, line 2	The Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association hosted the Alabama Supreme Court for Oral Argument in a pending appeal. High School seniors enrolled in U.S. Government across Madison County AL were invited to attend. Prior to the event members of the Association provided a video of the pertinent facts of the case to be used as a teaching tool. We hosted nearly a thousand students who learned the value of our court system.
Part VI, Line 3	The Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association employes an Executive Director and an Executive Assistant to run the day to day activities of the Association
Part VI, Line 7a	We hold annual officer elections every year.
Part VI, Line 7b	Any changes to our Bylaws are subject to approval by a quorum of our membership.
Part VI, Line 15	The compensation of the employees is determined by the Executive Committee.
Part VI, Line 1a	\| Explanation:\| The Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association is a voluntary local bar association governed by an Executive Committee which is comprised of the current Executive Officers President President-elect Secretary and Treasurer along with the following Immediate Past President 3 Members At Large Presiding Circuit Judge Presiding Municipal Judge Young Lawyers Section President Alabama State Bar Commissioners representing Madison County.
Part VI, Line 6	\| Explanation:\| The Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association has approximately 1200 members.
Part VII, Line 1a	\| Explanation:\| We do not compensate any Executive Committee member
