What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We assist with help to the sight and hearing impaired and also provide scholarships and donations to others in need in our community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Transferred $35,000 in funds for the construction of an inclusive playground in Belvidere, IL that will benefit the children of our community and the surrounding towns, including those with disabilities.

Other donations - our club also made donations to the Salvation Army, Ramp, CASA, the Golden Apple Foundation; we provided food baskets to during Thanksgiving and Christmas to approximately 10 families in our community and also provided funds to improve the pitchers mound at the Belvidere High School baseball field, purchased a defibrillator for Belvidere Youth Baseball as well as sponsoring a team and various other contributions.
