Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Association is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as other than a private foundation. An organization described in Section 501(c)(12) must receive at least 85% of its income from amounts collected from members for the sole purpose of meeting current and future losses and expenses. Accordingly, no provision for income tax is reflected in these financial statements.The Association's Forms 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ending 2019, 2020 and 2021 are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they were filed.
