This return was the same year as the organization was in retroactive reinstatement the reinstatement was not granted until 2022 the organization was un aware of the filing requirement while the application was pending. Also we just retrieved our records from a third party who was helping with the reinstatement. We are in the process of changing leadership to avoid these problems in the future.
