Explanation:

This return was signed to be submitted on 12/14/2021 and the IRS would not accept due to a different fiscal year in their records. I was awaiting information on when/if this was ever fixed and did not receive any correspondence. Therefore I assumed that the form 990 filing was accepted. Now I am not sure. I am attempting to submit again now 12/14/2022 as I prepare the 2021-2022 filing. After receiving notice CP259A in the US mail on 7/31/2023 I am again attempting to file on 8/11/2023.
