Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	As a pool and tennis club we have members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	This is the first year we exceeded the gross receipts required for filing a 990EZ. We barely went over the limit. There is no change to our club beyond some more members and an increase in annual membership dues. The Club has a 100 per cent volunteer board and changes annually. For these reasons, we did not change our review as we changed from a 990EZ to a 990 filing.
