Return Reference Explanation
Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) All expenditures are based on a budget prepared by the Trustees. The budget is presented to the Lodge members for approval. Before an expenditure is made based on the budget, the members will again vote for it approval. Every year, an audit committee - made up of Lodge members - will review all transaction to insure proper approval and in compliance with the approved budget.
