Explanation:

It has been a very challenging time for our organization due to COVID. We lost some key employees and had a turnover on our treasurer position; therefore, the tax return extension was filed late. We apologize for any problems this may have caused. APACC has always complied with the IRS requirements since it was formed in 2003. COVID has had great impacts on us that we have lost employees and financial supports. On the other hand, we had to help APIA businesses even more than before during COVID. We have a new treasurer now and we will comply with the IRS regulations from now on.
