What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE CALIFORNIA ADVANCEMENT RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION SERVES DEVELOPMENT RESEARCHES BY PROMOTING AND EDUCATION ADVANCEMENT PROFESSIONALS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PHILANTHROPY.
