Part VI, Line 6	We are a fraternal organizations with members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Our governing board is the Trustees which are election annually by the membership.
Part VI, Line 7b	All money transaction other than emergency repairs are approved by members of the fraternity prior to the expenditure at a regularly schedule meeting.
Part VI, Line 11b	The 990 is reviewed by at least 1 Trustee and all transaction are reviewed by the internal auditor and treasurer prior to the completion of the 990. The is then made available for any member to review by request to the Aerie Secretary. A copy of the 990 is also sent to the Grand Aerie for their review.
Part VI, Line 19	All documents are available for review via a request to the Aerie Secretary. In addition house rules and By-Laws are posted in the social room for all members and guests to review.
