Explanation:

I, Randy W. Scott, am the new Treasurer for the organization. As a volunteer, I have been charged with cleaning up a system which was neglected for a long time. I am now just getting up to speed on how much the organizations paperwork has been behind. Also, after coming on board to help, I originally filed a paper copy of our 2022 return and that was rejected because of mandatory e filing currently in effect. Hence the late e filing. We also experienced issues of overbilling from our previous vendor of tax filing services and I have had a difficult time finding a new vendor to take on our issues. I commit to having all of our 2023 filings (and future filings as long as I am Treasurer) on time and well ahead of any deadlines the IRS has. This is my first time e filing so any help you may provide would be greatly appreciated.
