What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Pauls Valley Rotary Club's primary exempt purpose is to provide a better quality of life for all citizens of our community and other communities around the world. We contributed locally to the Boy Scouts of America and the Foundation of Academic Excellence.We also help in keeping our city beautiful by maintaining the rose garden in the local park.
