Could not file on times as our tax-exempt state was put on the Auto-Revocation List. Finally, the issue was resolved, and we got a letter from the IRS (dated 10/19/2023) that this was done in error and our status was finally re-instated. Since the problem was an IRS error, we should not be charged any penalties.
