THE ORGANIZATION IS A BUSINESS ASSOCIATION THAT HAS A PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A MEANS FOR EXCHANGING EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND OPINIONS THROUGH DISCUSSION, CORRESPONDENCE, AND STUDY REGARDING THE ASPHALT PAVEMENT INDUSTRY. THE STATE ASPHALT PAVEMENT ASSOCIATIONS THAT SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT, EDUCATION, AND PROMOTION OF ASPHALT PAVEMENTS.
