| Form 990, Part III, Line 3 | URMIA returned to in person conferences in 2022 and hosted five regional conferences in the spring. Locations included Atlanta, Chicago, Raleigh, Denver and Boston. |
| Form 990, Part IV, Section B, Line 11b | The 990 is given to the Finance Committee to review and then forwarded to the President for signature. The Finance Committee is currently composed of a total of ten members, the current Treasurer/board member, eight institutional members, and two affiliate members. The Form 990 is posted to the members only portion of the organizations website where all the voting members are given access to this portion of the website. The Form 990 is also provided to the board members electronically before it is filed. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | The Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and code of conduct are available on the website www.urmia.org for public inspection. The financial statements and 990 are posted as well, but only in the members only section. We did significantly update our code of conduct and URMIAnetwork Rules Etiquette. Each member of URMIA is made aware of the code or conduct and rules and agreed to them when they first logged in and one time per year. Our code of conduct is on every webpage in the header https//www.urmia.org/codeofconduct and our network etiquette is here https//www.urmia.org/network/egrouprules Our conflict of interest policy covers board members, officers, employees and members of a committee with governing board delegated powers. They are required to annually complete a disclosure form of Family Business Relationships amongst officers, board members, and key employees as well as a disclosure form of reportable transactions between organizations and interested parties. The Executive Director and Parliamentarian reviews the disclosures by the board members. If there is a conflict of interest, the board member is asked to abstain from voting on a particular matter. The Parliamentarian is expected to make sure all members are in good standing and be the expert on Roberts Rules of Order. Since 2020 we decided to add the conflict of interest to each board meeting agenda to remind board members to disclose any new relationships. |

In addition, the organization uses a third party human resources organization to find comparable information from 1-Payfactors, which includes data from over 400 salary surveys Salary data was reported as of Feb 2022 2-Employers Resource Association Professional Supervisory Personnel Compensation Survey data reported as of May 2021 3-Employers Resource Association Executive Compensation Survey data reported as of May 2021 and 4-Economic Research Institute Compensation Survey data reported as of May 2022. For 2023 and beyond, URMIA will have more key employees. |
