	In 2022, the McKenzie County Sportsman's Club (MCSC) hosted the grand opening of our community facility designed to host indoor and outdoor archery, rifle ranges and classrooms for hunter safety and education. The facility has been designed as a center for both education and entertainment for local community members. The MCSC will provide the local community of McKenzie County, North Dakota with a facility that hosts tournaments, educational courses, and provides a shooting and archery range in an area where there are no other range options. Shooting sports are one of the fastest growing sports in the United States and the Club will provide a space for training high school students as well as the citizenry of the County. The Club and facilities educates and trains individuals in legal firearm protocols and safety. The shooting range facilities and education center classrooms have been completed with grants received from the North Dakota Department of Fish and Game.
