Pt VI, Line 11b	The Form 990 was prepared by an outside CPA firm and reviewed by management for accuracy. The Form 990 was provided to the Board of Directors prior to filing. The Form 990 was reviewed and signed by the president.
Pt VI, Line 15a	No officers are compensated. The compensation of top management is determined by their employer, Clark County Bar Association. The process used to determine the compensation of the manager is based upon comparable salaries for executives with similar experience and responsibilities in the nonprofit sector and is approved by the Board of Directors.
Other	Salaries of top management are based upon comparable salaries of senior management levels in the nonprofit sector. The recommended salaries are approved by the Board.
Pt VI, Line 19	The Organization, upon request, makes available its Form 990 and all other documents required by law to be made available to the public. Financial statements and any policy documents are provided to interested parties, such as funders, upon request. The Board reserves the right to evaluate the necessity of each such request for financial statements and policy documents and to determine, in its sole discretion, whether to release these documents to an outside party.
