Due to with severe illness in the family, extra committees added to the organization requiring historical information and running a real estate business. In a hurry, I missed some numbers and my time ran out in trying to file the 990-EZ on time. I, totally, forgot it was mandatory to e-file the report. I did e-file 2021 on time, but totally forgot that. all errors were unintentional and being due to being overwhelmed at a critical time. I have been treasurer for approximately 15 years and this is the first time, I am this late. It will not happen again, I promise, as long as I am treasurer.
