We are working diligently to come under compliance. We have had issues with getting investment statements. In addition we have had challenges with staff and training them to be in compliance with filing. We filed 2021 late but we have lessened the length of time this is return is late by a fraction of the 2021 return. We extended this return to 11/15/22 and are filing on 1/8/23 lessening the time considerably. We are all up to date for 2023 and we expect to file our 2023 return by May 15th 2024 timely filed with no extension.
