The Ascension Foundation existed from September 19,2023 to December 23 2023 and did not receive any nor solicit for any charitable donations nor did it make any donations or generate any revenue nor own buy any stock bonds or any other assets. Therefore there could be no final distributions of assets upon dissolution of the foundation as the foundation ceases to exist.
