Explanation:

Our former accountant told us he filed 2021 taxes on time and even gave us a copy for our records. We just found out that he did not in fact file so we are doing it now. We have since stopped working with this accountant due to gross negligence. Please know we found this out yesterday and are filing today in order to make things right with the IRS.
