Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Members are made up of all members of the 9 Education Association locals. Each local unit elects or appoints one or more representative(s) to serve on the governing body, the Council. The Council is currently made up of 12 members. From this governing body an Executive Committee of four is elected annually.There are no decisions of the Council that the membership at large must approve.Should WCCU cease to exist, the assets would be used for services for the members but would not be distributed directly as assets or cash.There are no classes of members.
