Explanation:

Late filing was due to significant turnover in the faculty of Southwestern Oregon Community College and significant difficulties maintaining our executive board, I gained access to our bank records in January of 2023 and have been working through making sure everything has been properly accounted for. I filed both 2022 and 2023 taxes together in November on paper but they were returned and I was asked to e-file them. I received that notice on Friday February 9, 2024.
