Explanation:

Have attempted to file prior but return was rejected. The reason for the rejection was for two reasons. 1) The name of the organization did not match the records. 2) The reson the name did not match is because a now retired employee had mistakenly reports that this organization did not fall under the General Exemption number 2209. (Connecticut State Employees Association, TIN # 06-0305224) However, I have since called the IRS and they stated that the Bernard McCusker Scholoarship Fund is under the same GEN #.
