What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Form 990-EZ, Part III, Primary Exempt Purpose - The Colorado Respiratory Care Society promotes the professional advancement of Respiratory Therapists in Colorado through leadership, education, and innovation. We strive to provide quality care and advocate for our patients, their family members, and the communities we serve by supporting pulmonary wellness and disease prevention.

28 Form 990-EZ, Part III, Line 28, Program Service Accomplishments: The CRCS held three (3) one-day in-person educational events attended by licensed Respiratory Therapists and RT students in 2023 The CRCS hosted a 1 day in-person Metro Chapter conference on May 16, 2023 The CRCS hosted a 1 day in-person Northern Chapter conference on July 12, 2023 The CRCS hosted a 1 day in-person Southern Chapter conference on October 6, 2023 All three conferences provided multiple respiratory care-related educational sessions to our members. Approximately 500 members attended the conferences.
