Explanation:

The Southside Virginia Society for Human Resources Managers group almost dissolved during COVID as our membership dwindled. Several of the older members were asked to return to provide the leadership roles, such as President, Treasurer, etc. and the filing requirement for a Form 990EZ was not required when I was Treasurer in 2019 - the early 2000s. I am truly sorry for not filing the return timely but had no idea that the Form was required.
