What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Organizations Primary exempt purpose is because this is a Labor Organization For Federal Government Employees that represent bargaining and non-bargaining employees and it is not for profit but it is a nonprofit organization

28 The Union work with the Fort Leavenworth Agency in providing Government Employees with the guidance and advice these Federal Government Employees need in the performance of their assigned duties. If an employee request representation then the AFGE Local 738 provides many services to government employees in representing them in investigations, grievances, personnel matters, and all issues that pertains to their employment
