Schedule O: Line 8 - rebate income we receive from headquarters for afl-cio state membership. Line 16 - includes daily operating expenses of supplies and food for events, meetings and stewards while working. PO Box fees, the cost of representing our members and non-members for travel, training, per diem, registration and all things involved to effectively uphold the contract between laborers and the USPS are included as well Line 24 - previously purchased t-shirts to give to members for the membership drive and appreciation event. This amount represents the remaining inventory. Line 26 - outstanding payroll taxes collected and due in January and also balances incurred and not yet paid until January
