Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	Any Changes made to the By-Laws of the organization must be read on the floor during a general meeting for a minimum of 3 times at 3 different meetings and then the membership body can vote to approve or reject the proposed changes.

Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Officers are elected each year by secret ballot. The officers are determinied from the majority votes of the members. Anyone can run for an office as long as their membership is current and they are a member in good standing.
