What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The members of The Wardroom Club are former and retired military officers who meet for dinner and speaker presentations on a monthly basis. Annual dues are collected to offset fixed operating expenses. Member payments for meals served at monthly meetings are intended to cover room rental caterer charges speaker fees and travel reimbursement.
