Pt VI, Line 6	Membership consists of those in the recreational vehicle industry.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The Association President has the authority, as per the organization's bylaws, to appointment chairmen of five committees which provides each with a seat on the board of directors. Those committees are: Governmental Relations Committee, Show Committee, Convention Committee, Membership Committee, and Education Committee.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Some decisions of the organization are, by virtue of the bylaws, reserved to be made by the voting membership during an annual meeting of the membership which is normally held during the annual convention.
Pt VI, Line 8b	The only committee with the authority to act on behalf of the governing body is the Executive Committee which is then required to have its actions authenticated by vote of the Board of Directors.
