We also embarked on the search for our first full-time permanent executive director, underscoring our commitment to robust organizational growth.Our membership expanded significantly, with active members growing by 20.79% to 244, and courtesy memberships reaching 20. This increase reflects the growing trust and engagement within our business community. The highlight of our event calendar was the hugely successful Cirque du so-GayLa in December, a spectacular gathering that captured the spirit and unity of our community. Additionally, our monthly networking breakfasts featured incredible speakers, providing valuable learning and networking opportunities. Our Out & About networking events spread across Tucson also continued to foster connections and visibility for our members.Strengthening InclusivityOur commitment to creating inclusive spaces where diversity is celebrated has been exemplified through our diverse and engaging events. The strong attendance, with 933 actual attendees at various events, demonstrates the robust, supportive network we have nurtured, which continues to grow and thrive.Looking AheadWith a solid foundation in place and exciting leadership transitions underway, we are poised for even greater achievements.
