Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a/b	The executive Board sets the salary for the top management pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement in place. All other salaries are set by the Business Manager and approved by the Executive Board.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c	The Executive Board has the authority to select and monitor the independent Certified Public Accountants.
