What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Wafu Ikebana Society philosophy teaches the practitioner "to arrange the flowers that you like--suitably--in a container that you like. This philosophy nurtures each artisan's aesthetic sense while providing the artist with extensive ikebana instruction.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Membership & Promotions: At the general meeting, we provided information about the club's finances, memberships, and accomplishments. We are offering Zoom and In-person lesson to our members and also promoted some of our members since they were continually taking zoom or in-person lesson and practice ikebana skills. During 05/01/2023 to 04/30/2024, the Club added 1 new board member.

On Jun. 11, 2023, Connie Chen did a Wafu Ikebana demonstration at the Ikebana Teacher Federation General meeting. On Jun. 16, 2023, Keeth Souza-Courpet did a Wafu Ikebana demonstration at an I.I. San Francisco Bay Chapter meeting. On Jun. 20, 2023, Fusako Sensei made a celebratory Ikebana arrangement for the FUHSD adult Education Graduation ceremony. On Sept. 15, 2023, Fusako Sensei did an Ikebana demonstration program at an I.I. San Francisco Bay Area Chapter meeting. Keeth Souza-Courpet, Sharon Krawetz, Leona Fung, and Connie Chen presented a side table arrangement.

Fusako Hoyrup representing Wafu School, created a big all-around arrangement as one of the two placed in the center of the hall. Susan Okada, representing Wafu School presented an Ikebana demonstration on 5/21/2023. 7 Wafu members participated with twelve arrangements.

The participants of Wafu School were Fusako Hoyrup, Leona Fung, Keeth Souza- Courpet, Sharon Krawets, Susan Okada, and Connie Chen. Suson Okada did a Wafu Ikebana demonstration.
