	Provide an environment which enhances social and aquatic experiences for its 200+ members and their guests and families at clubhouse and 2 beaches.

	Assisting our membership is the education and promotion of their aquatic experience. This is accomplished through member orientation in which new members are instructed in the appropriate methods of using the beaches with their vessels, water safety providing contact with experienced existing members. These educational orientations are held at the clubhouse and are offered during the boating season. In addition we provide boating education on navigation and boat operation to our members.

	Promoting good stewardship of our rivers and community by working with the DNR, local sheriff's departments and the local food shelf. We also publish a newsletter 3 times a year that includes articles pertinent to our members for both social and boating education. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	Amended the organization's Bylaws to reduce the number of Board Members, add certain committees, remove voting rights of certain current and former officers who regularly attend Board Meetings, and amend the nature and scope of board decisions requiring a full vote of membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Bylaws require certain actions be approved by all members of the organization, including annual dues increases, capital expenditures in excess of $150,000, sale or transfer of any real property assets of the organization, and amendments to certain sections of the organizations Bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	The committees are established to provide input and guidance on certain activities of the Club within the scope of the committee's responsibility. The committees do not have authority to act on behalf of the Club's members or board of directors.
