Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	The authority to make capital improvements without member approval was increased from $5,000 to $10,000. The process by which candidates for President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer are proposed was amended to provide that the Nominating Committee must propose its slate of officers in September rather than in October.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization's by-laws provide for a maximum of 700 members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors consist of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Range Office and Prior President. The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected by the members by a simple majority vote of those present at the annual meeting. The Membership Secretary and Range Officer are appointed by the elected members of the Board of Directors to a one-year term. The elected directors also serve for one-year terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Board of Directors has unlimited authority for the management of the Organization except that the authority to make capital improvements in excess of $10,000 must be approved by the membership by simple majority at a specially called members meeting.
